Update

I just had my Dr. Appt.

  • I'm still between a 1 and 2
  • 2 weeks and 5 days until Mar 1 due date (dr. still says I won't see my due date), but wants to have me go into labor on my own if possible
  • By my appt next Tues, if I haven't gone into labor he's gonna try a few things to possibly help my body go into labor
  • We'll schedule an induction date at my next appt. sometime before Mar 1, in case those things don't put me into labor
  • Dr thinks I have a good (big but not huge) sized baby, but isn't overly concerned so we are trying to wait it out
  • Apparently I have "strong" tissue, which is good normally, but for delivery maybe isn't the best because it's not very "loose"

So, I'm guessing this baby is coming either on his own or with help by around the 23rd. We'll see.

I am so proud of you! You've done great this pregnancy -- not too much longer! It will feel like forever, but then Colton will arrive and you will forget all about the waiting. And believe it or not, it's harder to be a sister waiting for news than to be the one having the baby. (kind of) You've been the sister long enough -- now it's your turn to be the mommy!

Exciting!!! Isn't it nice to see the end approaching? I was scheduled for an inducement but didn't make it (then again, I was a week overdue). Pitossin is amazing. It took me from a 3 to a 10 in 3 hours. :) Don't be scared of labor...it was seriously the easiest thing. Just get the epidural early!
Trev and i can't wait to see pics of treyson's future basketball playing buddy. Imagine the intramural team of 2026.

That is so nice that you at least have a date, so you know the longest you'll have to wait to meet the little guy! It's so exciting, I get butterflies just thinking about it..it's so exciting! I'm so happy for you guys! Maybe we can come see the little stink during the MWC tournament?!?! I'd love it!
