talk about...

...HANDSOME! Right?

There is something fun about dressing up your baby in adult looking clothes. I feel like he is a little man!
On another note, I'm tired of the same Colton awake routine of reading the same 3 books, playing with the same 2 toys, and bouncing on an exercise ball. ANY IDEAS of other activities I can do with a baby?

I love little adult clothes! Although I love them so much I think it makes them grow up too fast. So I also try to keep them in little onesies sometimes too, it makes them still seem like babies.

A few activities: peek-a-boo, dancing together, mirrors, baby songs and ANYTHINGS can be a toy. Jackson's favorite toy was a travel sized tylenol that he could shake like a rattle and Bennett loves the baby Tylenol (what is it with my kids and tylenol?) with the rubber top that he can chew. Measuring spoons, plastic easter eggs, plastic beaded necklaces, lotion bottles can all be toys. I had a friend to put rice in her old plastic easter eggs and taped them shut with packing tape and voila...perfect little rattle!

He is adorable! Keep the pictures coming!

He does look so grown up! Have you tried the pool yet? He might not love the water but at least there would be a lot to look at! :)

He looks so cute! I am so bummed that we couldn't hang out yesterday. My number one suggestion of what you can do when you're bored is come over to my house! :) Another thing I do to mix up the book routine is check out a few new books from the library each week. By the time they get old, it's time to return them again! We should plan a couple fun outings together. Whether it's the pool or a picnic or the children's museum or the zoo. Even if the boys can't totally appreciate it yet, it would be fun for us to get out of the house!

I love little boys in adult clothes. It is so fun to put them in little ties.

I took my kids to story time at the library that young and they loved it.

Totally handsome. I just have to keep coming back to look at him again and again. It's funny, I'm having a hard time remembering WHAT I did with Aaron at that age. Baby exercises are a big favorite--the classic "In and out and out and in."

He is unbelievably handsome! He gets cuter by the minute.

We need to get you a book of kiddie rhymes. They love "This little piggy..." and all that stuff. Maybe you need a couple new toys, too, even if he doesn't. Soon he'll be able to self-entertain a little more, but I know it's hard when they still look to you to make every moment of life interesting.

Best of all, go visit a friend so you don't get starved of adult conversation. Of course, all you'll talk about is your babies.

He looks so cute! This is about the age Carter and I started spending a lot of time walking around the mall. I figured out the day gap did mark downs and worked the price adjustment system. I bought a lot of super cheap gap clothes for the next year during that time.
